The accompanying cadres of TABA include Chen Meifang, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, Zhou Liaode, Executive Director, Zhou Aiping, Executive Director, Lin Shuyuan, and Yang Wuxuan. Honorary President Wu was accompanied by Ms. Li Baozhu, former secretary general of ATCC. Although most of the members of TABA visited the Nigeria Trade Office in Taiwan,ROC. for the first time, they had known each other for a long time, and they congratulated each other on a happy new year. In addition, there are several young and capable personnel in the office, which shows that the bilateral trade between Tai and Nai is dynamic and promising. Director Ahmed gave everyone a gift bag, including several carefully edited and well-printed brochures in both Chinese and English, which introduced the economic cultural relics of each state in Nigeria one by one, as well as the Nigerian government's new policy of attracting investment. He repeatedly emphasized: Today's Nigeria is different from the past. In addition to being the country with the most demographic dividend in Africa, the Nigerian government is also determined to strengthen its economic soft and hard power, achieve zero-oil industrial development, and reposition the export of non-petroleum products as a main source of income. So now is a good time to invest in Nigerian manufacturing locally.

Chairman Huang Huamin said that the experience of several trade visits to Nigeria has left a deep impression on the vast market. He mentioned that he intends to invest in the manufacture of safety syringes in Nigeria and develop the local medical and health industry; Yang Moo-hyun, the executive director, asked about the possibility of agricultural development in Nigeria, and he received detailed explanation and encouragement from Director Ahmed.

Honorary President Wu Mengzong not only corroborated Director Ahmed's explanation with his own example of successful struggle in Nigeria, but also informed him that he has set up an Asia-Pacific Industrial Park in New Makun City, an hour's drive from Apapa Seaport in Lagos. It provides one-stop service for foreign enterprises to do business.

There are perfect and abundant natural gas in the local area, and there are many high-quality manpower in the surrounding educational institutions, which is conducive to industrial aggregation and development into a manufacturing center. The industrial park especially welcomes the following industries: plastic machinery injection molding, food processing, furniture manufacturing, office stationery, packaging materials, building materials, auto parts, etc. If any member manufacturers are interested in investing in Nigeria and entering the Asia-Pacific Industrial Park, they can contact the Taiwan-Africa Economic and Trade Association for information.
